Construction of the Pier View Resort is currently underway at Second Avenue North and Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The property is located just south of the Myrtle Beach Pavilion, and will feature 19 floors with slightly over 200 one-bedroom and two-bedroom luxury condos.
